The series, based on Laura Dave’s best-selling novel, follows a woman who forms an unexpected relationship with her 16-year-old stepdaughter while searching for the truth about her husband’s mysterious disappearance. The picturesque Malibu backdrop added to the intrigue and drama of the storyline as the talented duo brought their characters to life on screen.
