Famke Janssen, born on November 5, 1964, in Amstelveen, the Netherlands, is a Dutch actress, director, screenwriter, and former fashion model. She gained recognition for her role as the villainous Bond girl Xenia Onatopp in “GoldenEye” (1995) and as Jean Grey/Phoenix in the “X-Men” film series (2000–2013). Janssen also portrayed Lenore Mills in the “Taken” film series. She moved to America in the 1980s, initially modeling for Chanel in New York before transitioning to acting. Janssen’s diverse career has showcased her talent and versatility, earning her a prominent place in the entertainment industry.
