The days that matter the most are the days when you wake up and don’t feel like doing it , whatever it is, and the moments where you feel you can’t complete what you started. Getting past that and choosing to keep at it, to go past the point of where you thought you’d stop or fail, is so pertinent. Growth in any way shape or form is so special, keep at it :) when you think you can’t , fight that voice in your head and try! Take the leap haha here’s my fighting that voice.. it seems simple just a silly workout but doing this, getting past that point, helps me get past those personal moments where you’re trying to work through what you might’ve been handed.
