There’s a lot happening here. Some of it is interesting. Some of it fights back.
The dress has its strongest idea at the top. The strapless bustier panel gives the look a controlled center, while the matching printed wrap falls low across the arms to create an off-the-shoulder line. The context helps explain the choice. Bush was promoting *Summer’s Last Resort*, a lighter Tubi release, so a louder color and print mix makes more sense than a plain black dress. Still, celebrity style should be judged by what the clothes do together, not by press-tour energy alone. Here, the dress has a strong editorial idea, but the shoe color adds one more argument to an outfit that already had several.
