Laura Linney
Laura Linney is an American actress born on February 5, 1964, in New York City, USA. She comes from a family with a strong connection to the arts; her father was a playwright and professor, and her mother was a nurse. Linney studied acting at the Juilliard School in New York City and graduated in 1990.
She made her film debut in "Lorenzo's Oil" (1992) and gained recognition for her performance in "Tales of the City," a television miniseries based on Armistead Maupin's novels.
