The look featured a long black low-waisted skirt with a crinkle-effect and flares at the hemline into a subtle mermaid-style silhouette. The dramatic skirt was paired with a matching cropped tank top that featured a revealing underarm cutout, small cutouts throughout the garment, beading, and a woven border.
