Emma Watson is a British actress, model, and activist, born on April 15, 1990, in Paris, France. She gained international fame for her portrayal of Hermione Granger in the "Harry Potter" film series, starting with "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone" (released as "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone" in the United States) in 2001. Watson appeared in all eight films of the franchise, concluding with "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2" in 2011.
Outside of the "Harry Potter" series, Emma Watson has taken on various film roles, including "The Perks of Being a Wallflower" (2012), "The Bling Ring" (2013), and the live-action adaptation of Disney's "Beauty and the Beast" (2017), where she played the lead role of Belle.
