Candice King – TV Guide August 2011

Candice King, born Candice Rene Accola on May 13, 1987, is an American actress, singer, and songwriter known for her role as Caroline Forbes on The CW’s The Vampire Diaries.

In August 2011, she appeared in the TV guide for her show, The Vampire Diaries. Candice has also been involved in other projects, such as the TV series Girl Lab Partner, where she played the character Joann. In 2019, she moderated the Legacies panel at San Diego Comic-Con. Candice was born in Houston, Texas, and has English, Romansh-Swiss, French, and Norwegian ancestry. She grew up in Edgewood, New York, and became a stepmother to Joe King’s two daughters from his first marriage.

Candice is a supporter of the It Gets Better Project, which aims to prevent suicide among LGBT youth, and has shown support for President Barack Obama and gay rights.
