Pamela Anderson wore Gucci FW26 to Kering’s Caring for Women Dinner in New York, choosing a long black gown with a high neckline, long sleeves and a dramatic side slit. From the front, the dress is exceptionally spare; the side view reveals an open back and a far more assertive cut through the skirt.
That contrast is the central strength of Pamela Anderson’s black Gucci gown. The upper half is smooth and close to the body, with the neckline sitting high against the neck. The skirt falls almost to the floor, while the slit rises high along one side and exposes the leg as the fabric separates.
The back changes the character of the dress again. A large open section cuts away much of the covered front impression, so the gown moves between restraint and exposure depending on the angle. Black pointed pumps continue the monochrome line, while the compact clutch is densely covered in reflective embellishment.

At the Caring for Women Dinner red carpet, that embellished clutch is the brightest element in an otherwise black look. Anderson also wears her platinum hair in soft waves, with the pale color standing clearly against the dress and backdrop.
This is a strong Gucci look because the drama comes from construction rather than ornament on the gown itself. The high neckline, open back and extreme slit create three very different boundaries within one simple black silhouette. I’d rate it 9/10 for the controlled cut of the gown and the sharp contrast supplied by the embellished clutch.
