At the 2026 CULT100 celebration at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, Natalia Dyer wore a sequined floral Valentino gown – and the shimmer shifts with every step.
This is pure evening drama.
At the third annual CULT100 celebration hosted by CULTURED Magazine and Valentino on April 30, 2026, at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum in New York, Natalia Dyer chose a sequined floral gown that feels both romantic and sharp. Against the museum’s clean backdrop, the shimmer takes over.
The Valentino dress is cut with a deep V neckline and long fitted sleeves, entirely covered in sequins that form oversized floral motifs across a black base. The pattern reads almost painterly – burgundy, silver, and muted rose tones scattered from shoulder to hem. The shape skims close to the body before falling straight to the floor, creating a lean column line without excess volume.
What makes it special is how the sequins catch light at different angles. As she stands beneath the CULTURED and Valentino signage, the surface shifts from dark to luminous in seconds. It is not subtle. And it should not be.
Styled by Brad Goreski and tailored by 7B NYC’s Dominique, the fit sits clean at the shoulders and waist, with no pulling along the sleeves. Hair falls in soft, loose waves, which keeps the look from feeling severe despite the high shine.
For me, this lands confidently in the excellent range. Natalia Dyer at the Guggenheim looks completely at ease in a gown that could easily overwhelm. That balance is hard to pull off.
Within the larger celebrity red carpet landscape, this kind of sequined floral feels like a bold reminder that eveningwear can still surprise.
Would you lean into full sparkle like this, or dial it back with a matte finish?
The sequins are the whole story here.
