At the Our Hero, Balthazar film premiere in Los Angeles in April 2026, Meadow Williams wore a marbled blue-and-black gown with metallic accents and platform sandals – a busier result.
I’m not convinced this dress knows when to stop. Meadow Williams attended the Our Hero, Balthazar film premiere in Los Angeles, California, USA, on April 03, 2026, in a printed gown that tries to deliver color, shine, movement, and volume all at once.
The dress has a low scoop neckline with thin straps and a fitted upper section that gathers under the bust before opening into a full skirt. The print is a marbled mix of icy blue, black, white, and gold-toned accents, and it spreads across nearly every inch of the fabric. There is also a slit at one side with a solid pale blue panel showing underneath. That’s a lot already. Then you add the black platform sandals and the small brown shoulder bag strap cutting through the look.
But the real issue is the print scale. It overwhelms the silhouette instead of supporting it, and the metallic touches make the whole thing feel even busier. I might be wrong, but if this had been either a clean blue gown or a tighter, more controlled print, it would’ve had a much stronger red carpet fashion read. As it stands, the dress does more talking than necessary.
Her hair and makeup stay polished and fairly soft, which helps. So do the rings and bracelet, since they’re restrained. If you spend enough time in celebrity red carpet coverage, you know not every celebrity look benefits from maximal surface interest. Sometimes the fabric needs editing.
This one needed it.
